Are you a new customer?

Are you new to ordering online from Rings4Wings.com?

Through the webshop of Rings4Wings.com you can view and order items very easily and without obligation. After you have made a choice to order an article from our range, click on the "add to cart" button. Then 1 piece of the article in question will be placed in your shopping cart, or you can enter a different number if you wish.

By clicking on an article you can get more information from the article and view and enlarge the photos.

When you are done shopping, go to your shopping cart (at the top right of the site) and you can view your cart. Then you can enter your information and choose your payment method.

You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail after completing your order, your order will then be collected and shipped via Bpost as soon as possible. If something is not in stock and the delivery time would be too long because of this, you will be contacted by email or phone. If your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your Track & Trace code at the end of the day.

For questions about your order or about the webshop, we can be reached from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at +32 (0)11/683409. On weekends and holidays we cannot be reached by phone!

Can I order all products online?

All products listed on the site can be delivered from our stock.

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product should be unavailable due to certain reasons, we will notify the customer by email.

In order not to prolong the delivery time, we will suggest an alternative product that the customer may agree to.

Do you have all items in stock, and what is the delivery time?
Usually yes, delivery time is 8 to 10 business days for standard items within Europe. For personalized items it is 10 to 14 days or longer for overseas destinations. Should an order reveal that the item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible if the delivery time is too long because of this. We will of course do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Do you also have a store? Or can I view the items in real life?

Unfortunately, no.

What ring diameter should I use for my birds?

Retrieved from our ring table you can enter the bird species in the search window and then you will be shown the recommended ring diameter for that bird.

I placed an order and paid, but I did not receive a confirmation email.

There are a number of possibilities:
- You may have experienced a failure / error message during or after paying with some payment method.
- Check your spam box of your e-mail account, it is possible the e-mail ended up there.
You may have made a mistake when entering your email address, you can check and/or change it by logging into your account.

If the amount did come out of your account, then we did receive your order and payment.
If you have not heard from us after 5 business days, please contact us at info@rings4wings.com or by phone at +32 (0)11/683409.
It could be possible that your items are still in your cart because your order was not completed properly. Please leave your items in so we can complete the order properly for you.

I get an error message / the website is no longer responding. What now?

If this problem continues to occur please contact us so we can resolve it ASAP.

We do our best to keep the webshop running as efficiently as possible.

How can I pay?

You can pay in many different ways at www.rings4wings.com

You can pay directly through a secure connection,online via, for example Bancontact (Belgium) or PayPal, but also through Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, SofortBanking, IDeal (Netherlands) or Giropay (Germany), through all these payment methods the money is directly in our account and your order can be shipped the fastest.

Or you can Transfer the money. Then choose the Bank transfer (Mollie) Sepa option. You will then get an overview with all the payment details needed to make a transfer. To prevent your payment from not being recognized, it is important that you provide these details exactly over if you wish to complete payment at a later date.

When transferring, it may take longer for you to receive your order, as it can sometimes take up to 1 or 2 business days for the money to be deposited into our account (depending on the bank you are with, and the country of payment).

After selecting a payment method, choose "Place Order."

After finalizing your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing your order, order number and any bank details. This is also your proof that you have ordered from Rings4Wings.

When will I receive my order?
Generally, standard products are shipped within 3 days of payment confirmation. Personalized marking systems are shipped maximum 8-10 days after order. During holiday periods, orders may go into processing with some delay which may extend this delivery time a bit. If this applies to an order, the customer will be clearly informed when entering their order.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders cannot be picked up.
How can I receive my order if I am not home during the day?

No problem. You have the option of having your order delivered to another address. You can enter the address when entering your order. You can then enter your neighbor's or work address, for example.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, there will be a card in the mailbox for you to pick up the package at the post office or mailing point near you.

Are products also sent by regular mail?
Unfortunately no. It is important to us that the shipping service is proportional to the quality of our products. Therefore, we have chosen to ship our packages only with trackable service. This allows us to track packages ourselves at any time if requested by the customer. Thanks to this service, the customer is automatically notified by mail when his package is sent and will be delivered. This is not possible with regular mail.
Can I return an order?

We only accept products in their original condition and in original packaging.
These shipments should be sent with sufficient postage to the above address of Rings4Wings.com.

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt to the above address.
Remember to include your order number, or a copy of your order.

Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
Unless it is a result of an error on the part of Rings4Wings.com *

In case of insufficient postage, the additional cost will be charged. Upon receipt of your return, the purchase price of the item will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (generally within 5 business days)

* Rings4Wings.com will only reimburse shipping costs if they are due to an error by Rings4Wings.

I received my order, but with the wrong item. What now?

Please include your order number in or on the package, or include a copy of the order.

Note: Please notify us by e-mail if you have received an incorrectly delivered item. Please state which article it is, and which article you received. If it is an error by Rings4Wings.com, the shipping costs for the return will of course be refunded, this of course requires the use of the standard shipping method.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
